With rock-steady grooves, intricate bass-lines and hard-hitting guitar HY3 is “accessible to anyone who enjoys music.” Holden Young may best be described by the groups he has opened for in the past 3 years: JJ Grey & Mofro, the Disco Biscuits, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Freekbass, Rose Hill Drive, the Motet, Outformation and many , many others. After graduating Berklee College of Music in Boston and spending 3 years working on his trade in Nashville, Tennessee, Holden is now proud to be a major upcoming figure in the grassroots music scene of Colorado. A power-trio of bass, drums, guitar & voice, the HY3 outfit is touring regularly and constantly adding new material & new inspirations to their already outstanding set of original music.
